CERC Isalnita is a community-based organization which is home to a vibrant, and enthusiastic group of young people. We are a community in Dolj County, Romania with a population of almost 4,000 people. Through an international European exchange, we want to share our local traditions, cultures, projects, and activities - and experience some new ones of our own.
An exchange with CERC Isalnita offers an opportunity to gain new knowledge, try new language, and experience an authentic Romanian culture and social life.

Summer Festival
The Summer Festival is a whole weekend dedicated to fun in the sun! From music workshops to face-painting, and everything in between, this family outing is guaranteed to be to jam-packed with activity, adventure, and entertainment for all.
Winter Festival
Based on the success of the Summer Festival, a Winter Festival will be held for the first time this year. Included in the planned lineup: Performance by Traditional Dance Group, Performance of Cinderella by Drama group, Christmas carols, Media/photo exhibition...plus much more....
